YieldCall ("we," "us," or "our") operates YieldCall at https://yieldcall.com. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you visit our website, create an account, or use our services.
This document is a general template for the YieldCall marketing site and service. It is not legal advice. Have qualified counsel review before relying on it.
This policy applies to visitors of our marketing site, account holders, and authorized users of the YieldCall platform. If you are an end caller whose conversation is processed by a YieldCall customer, that customer — not YieldCall — is typically the primary controller of your personal information. Customers must provide their own notices and obtain required consents.
We may collect the following categories of information:
We use information to provide, secure, and improve YieldCall; process subscriptions and credits; run AI-assisted call analysis; sync and display operational data; send service and security notices; comply with law; and respond to requests.
We do not use call audio or transcripts to train public foundation models unless we separately disclose that and obtain appropriate consent.
We may share information with:
YieldCall processes call-related data on behalf of business customers. Laws governing call recording, monitoring, and telemarketing — including federal and state wiretap laws, the TCPA, and state privacy statutes — vary by jurisdiction. Customers are solely responsible for providing notice, obtaining consent, and using YieldCall in compliance with applicable law.
Our marketing site may use essential local storage (for example, theme preferences) and session cookies required for login. We do not use non-essential advertising cookies on the public landing page unless we later disclose them here and, where required, obtain consent.
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Ping aggregate data may be retained for a limited rolling period. Call and transcript retention depends on your plan and operational settings. Customers may request deletion subject to legal and contractual limits.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information, including encryption in transit, access controls, and segmented infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights to access, delete, correct, or obtain a copy of personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of certain processing. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct, and to limit use of sensitive personal information.
We do not sell personal information for money. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are commonly defined under California law.
To exercise rights, contact us at the email below. We may verify your request. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law.
YieldCall is a business service not directed to children under 13 (or 16 where applicable). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new effective date. Material changes may be communicated through the service or by email where appropriate.
